Miss Grass To Launch In-House Cannabis Brand After Raising $4M

As one of the most captivating online magazines providing cannabis content for modern consumers, it should come as no surprise that Miss Grass plans to offer an in-house brand of cannabis.

Co-founders Kate Miller and Anna Duckworth are now looking to take things to the next level after closing a $4 million funding round. So how will the dynamic duo use these funds?

Miss Grass is launching its own product line while expanding its personnel at its Los Angeles-based headquarters. With backing from Listen Ventures, Casa Verde Capital, Advancit Capital, Third Kind Venture Capital, Muse Capital’s Assia Grazioli-Venier, and some others, Miss Grass stands to establish quite the brand.

Listen Ventures’ founder, Jeff Cantalupo, is quoted as saying the following:

Moreover, with their genuine approach based on trust and clarity, they’ve created the definitive voice that’s leading the modern female consumer on her journey with the cannabis plant.

Since its start, Miss Grass has been growing by building its engaged and loyal online and offline community, all while forging some seriously impressive partnerships. With this brand’s ability to create these mainstream partnerships, they’ve managed to align themselves with global brands, including luxury clothing brand Vince and Beats by Dre.

At this point, Miss Grass is focusing on genuinely involving elements of the cannabis lifestyle into everything they’re doing. This includes hosting CBD yoga classes in Lululemon’s flagship along with some events at exclusive members-only Soho House.

As Miss Grass continues working towards becoming the go-to for new cannabis consumers, it’s safe to say they’ll keep improving these efforts and expand even further as time progresses.
